(CAWIS) and is awarded a contract extension to complete Phase II.

UpsideWave Inc. is awarded contract to develop the Continuing Airworthiness Web
Information System (CAWIS) for Transport Canada's Civil Aviation branch. Phase I
will be completed by March 31st. Phase II and III are tentatively set for October 31st
2003, and April 1, 2004 respectively. The project development will replace both a legacy
mainframe, and client/server application. Benefits to the industry will entail the ability
to submit Annual Airworthiness Information Reports (AAIR) via the internet.
